Sara Abdulla is a senior project lead for the Think Science Program (an Emirates Foundation initiative that seeks to empower, cultivate, and encourage youth to pursue long term careers in STEM). With a passion and drive for continuous development and years of experience in project and event management, Sara is exceptionally adept at translating conceptual ideas to real life models and incorporating cross-cultural perspectives to enable her to design and launch four successful rounds of the Think Science Fair; the largest science based event for youth in the region; focused on "Empowering the Next Generation of Scientists". Working closely with program stakeholders, Sara drives corporate engagement through the Connect Platform that aims to link youth with leading industry giants in science to support the ambitious industrial development goals of the UAE. She is also heavily involved in the Ambassadors Project aimed at empowering gifted scientific talent in enhancing their ability to address technological issues by providing them with opportunities to participate in local, regional, & global platforms in an effort to create long-term impact for youth in the region. Sara has received a Bachelor of Applied Science in international business management from Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
