Samantha Hannah-Rankin is the director for Public Sector Innovation at the Department of Premier and Cabinet in Victoria, Australia. Ms. Hannah-Rankin specializes in establishing disruptive business models in mature corporates, with a background spanning corporate development, strategy, and management across a range of sectors including digital communications and identity services with Australia Post, financial services with Bendigo Bank, and digital media with Fairfax Digital. She also has extensive experience as a management consultant across both the public and private sectors.
