Saleh Hammad is capacity building and quality management officer with Mercy Corps Jordan. This youth program has a focus on community based psychosocial support programing for young people. In this role he supports coaches and trainers in applying the PSS framework to community situations. He works extensively in the adaptation of the PSA model to adapt to community needs. The training programs which he leads focus on raising community coach's abilities and awareness on topics like protection, gender-based violence, self-awareness, stress and profound stress.
