Roman Yosif Capdeville is the executive director of the "Laboratorio de Gobierno", for the Chilean Government. In this role he plays as an active member of the circle of Marketing of ICARE (Chilean Institute of Company Administrations), expert in the Chilean National Contest of Innovation AVONNI, and in round tables related to public innovation with INAPI (National Industrial Property Institute) and ChileCompra (a Chilean platform for government public tenders). He has worked in various industries, from cultural projects to digital startups. Roman was executive producer of "La Mafia Teatro", highlighting their production of the play "The Death and the Maiden" and the participation of this in the World Stages Festival at the Kennedy Center in Washington. His experience in the world of technological innovation starts by being co-founder and commercial Manager of Bufys.com, the first Latin American online platform for group gifts, and in the same role, was one of the founders of Pivto.com, a B2B software that managed organic content for brands or events generated by users in social media. Roman has a degree in commercial engineering from Universidad de Chile.
