Rojeh Khleif

Rojeh Khleif is a Palestinian film producer and cultural project manager based in Haifa and Berlin. For the past decade, Rojeh has worked in local and international productions, many of which won international film prize awards. His multifaceted experiences in the cinema industry inspired him to found the Haifa Independent Film Festival, in 2016, and act as its director. The festival was the first of its kind that has introduced films from Palestine and the Arab world to a Palestinian audience in Haifa. Until today, the festival continues to create a new cultural prism in the Middle East. In addition to film productions, Rojeh co-founded Jazar Crew, in 2010, which is a culture and art collective, that collaborates in order to further Palestinian art, DJ, and music scene, which entails curating music events with international artists, as well as, educational activities. As an art collective Jazar Crew's scope extends from the Middle East to Europe. For his endeavors, Rojeh got nominated as a future leader of film producers by the renowned film industry magazine the "Daily Screen", in May 2018. In his ongoing strive to create new cultural spaces, Rojeh is also engaged in new productions in Berlin, Haifa, and Amman.
