Rohat Bahcetepe

Rohat Bahcetepe is a Media Management student at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, Austria with a strong interest in how economic structures, digital platforms, and algorithms shape media production, distribution, and public opinion. Alongside his studies, he is a student ambassador, cohort representative, and assistant to the program director, supporting communication and coordination within his program. He was also part of the project No Hate: Digital Radicalization, where he researched how algorithms on platforms such as TikTok may contribute to radicalization and helped design and facilitate a workshop on the topic. Since January 2025, he has been chairman of the Alevi Youth Wels, where he led initiatives focused on youth engagement, social dialogue, and the communication of Alevi perspectives through media.
