Robb A. Gray is director of policy-advocacy for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, he supports the foundation's efforts to promote thriving children, working families and equitable communities.Serving under the direction of the vice president of program strategy, Gray manages thefoundation's Policy-Advocacy Team. Gray and his team are responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for effecting positive systemic change that are aligned with the foundation's programming efforts and strategic plan. Gray works in concert with crossfunctional teams across the foundation to ensure integration and coordination of policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement across the foundation.Prior to joining the foundation, Gray served as vice president of policy and advocacy for Arnold Ventures in Washington, D.C. In this role, he was responsible for designing, developing and executing national and state policy advocacy strategies. At Arnold Ventures, he built capacity internally and patnered externally with allied organizations to make deliberate investments that dismantled barriers to social and economic justice. Prior to this, he was the senior director of state strategies and engagement for the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
