Richard Gomes is head of policy and advocacy at Shell Foundation, where he works with actors across the social investment ecosystem to understand how transformative enterprise solutions can best be identified, supported to achieve viability and replicated to deliver large-scale impact. Joining from Shell's Social Investment team in 2009, Mr. Gomes had previously spent seven years with the Shell Group in a variety of finance and commercial roles. He is an economics graduate from the University of Warwick.
