Rebecca Riddell is the co-director of the Human Rights and Privatization Project at NYU School of Law's Center for Human Rights and Global Justice. She previously served as the senior advisor to the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, worked at Human Rights Watch, and was a law clerk to the Honorable James L. Cott in the Southern District of New York. She graduated cum laude from NYU School of Law, where she served as Digital Executive Editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change, and summa cum laude from Kenyon College, where she received a Fulbright award.
