Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation, a non-profit voluntary organization based at Madurai which provides psychosocial rehabilitation in South Tamil Nadu,He has over 35 years of experience in the field of mental health and rehabilitation.He holds a M.D. in psychiatry from Madurai Medical College and a Ph.D. in community psychiatry from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu.
