Ruben Eduardo Tempone is director of International Economic Negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina. He served as a diplomat and delegate to the World Trade Organization from 2001 to 2008. He is the author of International Investment Protection, published in 2003 by Ciudad Argentina, and “Comments on the Sutherland Report” in Agenda Internacional.Perú in 2007. Mr. Tempone received a B.A. in law and Lic. in political science and international relations from the Universidad de Cordoba, and an M.A. in international affairs from the American University in Washington, DC.
