Pallavi Kulshrestha is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, focusing on the deaf population. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in education, disability, and social-emotional learning. In her current role, Pallavi works in areas such as advocacy, counseling, teacher training, project and policy planning, curriculum development, and inclusion, contributing to diverse initiatives aimed at empowering marginalized communities. Previously, she has worked and volunteered with various organizations across the country, focusing on education, life skills, disability support, and advocacy. Pallavi is fluent in English, Hindi, and Indian Sign Language (ISL). Her educational qualifications include a B.Ed. in Special Education (Hearing Impairment), an M.A. in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Humanitarian Law.
