Oluwatoyin Adegbite-Moore

Prior to African Venture Philanthropy Association (AVPA), Oluwatoyin (Toyin) Adegbite-Moore founded Sheafam & Tam Limited, a transformative management consultancy firm specializing in strategic planning, business process management, change management, human resources, and talent management for the public and private sectors in the US and Nigeria. With 30 years of experience, she worked as an executive and consultant for various foundations and venture philanthropy organizations, including the largest grantmaking association in the US, the Council of Michigan Foundations. She was the project manager for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation on the Single Industry Regulatory Concept of the Petroleum Industry Regulatory Bill through the UK Department for International Development. She facilitated retreats for the Strategic Planning Directorate and Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) with the German International Development Agency. She served as a consultant to the Niger Delta Power Holding Company and Central Bank of Nigeria, among others on strategy formulation. Toyin is a seasoned executive, presenter, facilitator, trainer, and keynote speaker. She holds training certificates in management, facilitation, team-building, fund development, real estate, and affordable housing. Toyin was the first black female president of the Calvin College Alumni Association, where she graduated with a dual major in French and Political Science.
