Oliver graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Multimedia Journalism and a passion for politics, political communications, and strategy. In November 2023, he became the Communications Manager for UK parliamentary candidate David Naghi. Throughout 2024, he oversaw communications for two campaigns, leading to significant successes for the local Liberal Democrats party in the May elections and their best national results in the UK General Election. This role provided Oliver with hands-on experience in political campaigning, communication strategy, and external relations. He was also part of an editorial team led by Professor Roman Gerodimos, publishing a serialized report in 2023 on China's domestic and international activities under the current Communist Party regime. Additionally, Oliver worked as a journalist for Nerve Media, producing content on the Russia-Ukraine war and other topics.
