Noémie Le Donné is the head of the social and emotional skills unit at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. She leads the OECD's Survey on Social and Emotional Skills, which has engaged 23 education systems to date. Noémie has played a key role in the development of large-scale international assessments, including the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), both of which have had a significant impact on global education policy. She holds a doctorate in sociology from Sciences Po Paris and is a graduate of the French École nationale de la statistique et de l'administration économique.
