Her role at Sambodhi leverages her deep expertise to drive research that supports sustainable development and inclusive growth globally.Prior to joining Sambodhi, Nikita acquired over nine years of experience across various NGOs and research institutes, including significant roles at Tata-Cornell Institute and Artemis Medicare Services. Her previous positions have seen her excel in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. Nikita is a seasoned traveler, having extensively explored her home country, India, as well as other Asian countries like Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan, and ventured through Europe, visiting Greece, Italy, France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and West Asia, including Lebanon. Nikita holds a graduate degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi, India and a post-graduate degree in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India.
