Nicholas Charles Allen is an independent non-executive director of CLP Holdings Limited in Hong Kong and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, both listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and a non-executive director of the London Metal Exchange, a member of the HKEX Group in London. He has served as an independent non-executive director of Link Asset Management Limited since February 2016 and as chairman of the board since April 2016. Nicholas is also chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee and the Nomination Committee. Previously, he was an independent non-executive director of Hysan Development Company Limited and Lenovo Group Limited, both listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and of VinaLand Limited, which was listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.
