Neha Soneji is a program director for child development at Tech Mahindra Foundation, CSR arm of Tech Mahindra Ltd, a Mahindra group company in India. Social-emotional learning, mental well-being and child safety are some of the areas she is deeply passionate about and has had various certifications and experiences in the same. In her current role, Neha works on the strategy for the education and disability programs and supports the implementation teams on delivering quality primary education in government-run regular and special schools. She manages stakeholder engagements and collaborates with various organisations to bring innovations to the programs. She has been associated with Tech Mahindra Foundation for the last nine years and prior to joining the Foundation, Neha completed the Teach For India fellowship where she taught children in a budget private school in Mumbai, India. An instrumentation engineer by educational qualification, Neha worked as a software engineer before taking the leap into the development sector. Neha loves to travel and has her hands full with co-parenting a three years old kind human when she isn't working.
