Neeru Mulhotra is the Chief Operating Officer at Pravah, a leading Indian nonprofit focused on youth leadership and social justice. With over 15 years of experience in youth development, she has co-led the organization’s shift toward embedding proven models within government systems, scaling impact across four Indian states. Neeru has played a key role in doubling Pravah’s budget, fostering a culture of fundraising and advocacy across teams. She has also steered the creation of a tech-enabled knowledge and monitoring system to guide strategic decisions. Passionate about mentoring, Neeru supports emerging youth practitioners in navigating interpersonal and systemic change. She has collaborated with national and multilateral organizations, contributed to India’s National Youth Policy, and spoken at global platforms on youth leadership.
