Natalya Chermoshentseva

Natalya has over 10 years of experience in integrating gender perspectives into public policy in Ukraine, the elaboration of materials, online courses, education programs and the delivery of trainings on gender policy, equality and inclusion, anti-discrimination etc. 4 years she worked with the Cabinet of Minister of Ukraine and the Parliament as National Consultant on gender equality and reforms. She has extensive experience in providing support to local authorities on planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring gender policies, conducting gender assessments and expertise. Natalia has led and participated in social projects related to human rights and increasing the institutional capacity of public organizations. Natalya conducted more than 400 trainings at national and local level for the central and local authorities, activists, youth, journalists etc. Since February 2022 she is the head of informal volunteer group "Dignity" and help for IDPs and people who are on de-occupied territory of Ukraine. She holds PhD degree in History.
