Natalia is interculturally competent humanitarian response professional with strong program management experience in rapid response humanitarian deployments, human rights advocacy, and inter-agency coordination and liaising with partners including private institutions, the US government & EU donors. She has demonstrated ability to lead effective teams and foster and strengthen intercultural cooperation and interagency coordination with an aim toward sustainable capacity building. Natalia is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
