Nadiia Kovalchuk

For the last 2 years Nadiia has been Program Director at CF Right to Protection (R2P). She is responsible for the development of programs and projects and strategic planning. R2P is a leading Ukrainian human rights and humanitarian organisation that protects people in situations of conflicts, war, disaster and forced displacement and enables systemic changes which prevent such situations. After the full-scale russian invasion, this organisation has grown 5 times and provided assistance to more than 1 million people in need. Before joining R2P, Nadiia was Deputy Director at Ukrainian Cultural Fund, which supports cultural projects, with an overall budget of about 1 billion UAH. She also worked with the Renimatin Package of Reforms, Ukrainian Catholic University, and other non-profit organisations.
