Monika Shukla leads technology and operations. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as a technologist, where she spearheaded several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement initiatives. Monika was selected by the German Chancellery as a Humboldt Fellow to conduct research on Corporate Sustainability. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 15 Women Transforming India Entrepreneurs by NITI Aayog and the UN. Additionally, she is a Global Shaper and a GRI-G4 Sustainability Reporter. She is a silver-medalist from IIT Kharagpur and an active member of the Entrepreneurship Cell at the Institute. Monika also pursued Liberal Arts through the Young India Fellowship Program, Ashoka University, India.
