Molly P. Zhang (aka Peifang Zhang) is a board member at Gates Industrial Corporation, Enerkem and XG Sciences. She is also a member of the supervisory board at GEA Group in Germany. Previously, she was a board member at Inenco Group and Newmont Mining. During her three decades of professional career, she held a variety of senior roles at The Dow Chemical Company including global business vice president for Dow Technology Licensing and Catalyst, managing director for mega joint ventures, Asia Pacific manufacturing director, and global technology director etc.She also held several executive positions for global operations management at Orica, a leading global mining service company in Australia. Born and raised in Shanghai, she worked in Europe, North America and Asia and gained extensive experience in China/ Asia market penetration, global operations management with P/L responsibilities, new technology commercialization and technology management. She graduated from The Technical University in Germany with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a master's degree in Chemistry. She is a proud mother of two children. She lives with her husband in greater Denver area in Colorado, USA.
