Mohammad Absi-Halabi is a strategic development advisor for The Executive Council – Government of Dubai, where he focuses on the long-term developmental strategy of the Emirate of Dubai, as well as managing major strategic projects related to the reform and development of the public sector. Prior to joining The Executive Council, he worked as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in their Middle East office, where he focused on strategy development and implementation as well as reorganization and restructuring projects, spanning several areas including energy, public sector, and family conglomerates. He earned an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an M.Eng and B.Eng in chemical engineering from McGill University in Montreal.
