Michel Khoury is a senior director within the Office of Strategic Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, providing socioeconomic thought leadership and strategic advisory. Previously, he served as a senior consultant for Booz & Company where he advised on public sector modernization, policy formulation, regulation reform, strategy and institutional optimization, governance models, organization restructuring and large scale transformation, and program management. Prior to that, he worked for BearingPoint as a consultant in Paris with focus on public sector technology. Michel holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from ESIB in Lebanon and Master of Science in Management from the HEC School of Management, France.
