Michaela Goldman is associate director of organizational development at Salzburg Global. She leads the organization's internship program and oversees Schloss Leopoldskron's traineeship. Her responsibilities include managing recruitment, application processes, and all related logistics, including visas and travel. As the primary liaison for interns supporting Salzburg Global's programs and hotel operations, Michaela collaborates across teams to coordinate workflows ranging from on-site program support to operational projects. In addition to these responsibilities, Michaela drives strategic initiatives to strengthen Salzburg Global's employer brand and enhance employee well-being. Her work focuses on fostering a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture rooted in the organization's core values. Since joining Salzburg Global, Michaela has held several roles, including internship program manager, admissions officer, and administrative and admissions assistant. Prior to joining the organization, she served as assistant to the CEO at a tourism advertising company and volunteered as assistant to the president of a charity organization, where she coordinated special projects and fundraising events for several years. Michaela also contributed to a documentary film project about the Holocaust while living in the U.S. She holds a diploma in Business Administration.
