May Poon is the founder and managing partner at Pretium Partners. Her expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions integration, executive compensation, IPO incentive design, organization structure realignment, performance management and HR strategies, etc. She has extensive client networks in Asia where she advises boards, remuneration committees, CEOs and heads of HR on strategic HR issues. Prior to Pretium Partners, May held senior positions at Aon, Willis Towers Watson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HSBC and Dow Chemical. She has 25 years of consulting experience in which she directed thousands of projects from planning, design to implementation. She is the ongoing trainer for the certificate program in mergers & acquisitions and international reward management for Institute of Human Resources Management as well as a practicing management consultant in Singapore. May holds a master's degree in training and human recourses management from the Leicester University in the United Kingdom and a bachelor's degree in social science from the University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
