Maryna has an extensive human rights, GR & project managing background, and 15 years of experience in management and leading teams across multiple sectors. Now Maryna Khromykh is an executive director of DEJURE Foundation. DEJURE Foundation is a think tank and advocacy center dealing with judicial reform and the rule of law issues in Ukraine. During the last few years, Maryna has been working in the field of human rights, participating in an initiative ''Who Is Behind the Murder of Katia Handziuk?'' and managing advocacy and communications in the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union. She also actively participated in the advocacy campaign for justice in Serhii Sternenko's case during 2018-2021. In 2019 Ms. Khromykh gave a speech at TEDxWomen Kyiv.
