Mark V. Vlasic is a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University, a Principal at Madison Law & Strategy Group and a co-executive producer with Propagate Content. He has served as: head of operations of the World Banks's StAR Secretariat, White House Fellow/special assistant to the Secretary of Defense, advisor to the President's Special Envoy to Sudan, UN war crimes tribunal Milosevic/Srebrenica prosecution legal officer, and associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service by Secretary Gates, he has contributed to five books, served on numerous boards, and has studied at Georgetown, Georgetown Law, Leiden, The Hague Academy, and Harvard. A Fulbright Scholar, Army officer, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and UN Alliance of Civilizations Fellow, he is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
