Margi Bhatt is the Learning Network Lead (ECCN) and International Technical Advisor for the Leading through Learning Global Platform, a USAID project implemented by the Education Development Center. She joined the organization in August 2021 and is interested in leveraging networks to improve equitable access to education in crisis and conflict affected environments. She has previously worked in the education policy and mental health and wellbeing spaces for the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies, on capacity building at UNICEF, and implemented primary education programs in the Syria response region for several INGOs. Margi holds a master's degree on Peace and Human Rights Education from Columbia University's Teachers College, New York City.
