Manik Dhingra is the CEO and Co-founder of Shoonya, a company that employs market-based solutions to implement a resilient solid waste management system in India. He is also the Director of Eywa Environmental Service Foundation, an organization that focuses on developing empathetic leadership in the waste management sector. Manik is currently an Aspire Circle Fellow, and has previously been an Aspire Circle WASH community leader and mentor for startups at the Climate Collective. He has also served in the Government Relations department of the Bank of Baroda as a Sayajirao Gaekwad Fellow, reporting to the Chairman's office. Additionally, Manik has represented India at the 2015 International Antarctic Expedition, where he volunteered in the collection of microplastics in Antarctic waters.
