Lynsey Jeffery is a undergraduate student at the University of Maryland studying broadcast journalism and Spanish. She has previously interned with PBS and is active in her local journalism community, serving as the outreach chair for the University of Maryland chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and as the Sr. News Editor for a campus publication. Currently, Lynsey is working on a podcast about the University of Maryland community. She is passionate about storytelling, veganism and learning new things. She is incredibly excited and grateful to participate in the Salzburg Academy on Media & Global Change this summer.
