Lydia Hoffman has just completed her first year at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She is interested in studying the intersections between the media and the political world. She has previously written and edited her university's newspaper and will be deputy editor-in-chief in the coming school year. Ultimately she hopes to work as a journalist after college so that she may give a voice to those being silenced.
