Luminita Mandache is the Associate for Development and Evaluation. Based in the Salzburg office she supports institutional partnerships agreements, contracts and program evaluations. Luminita is an anthropologist by training and prior to joining the Salzburg Global she conducted and managed applied research studies in academia and the private sector, including participatory action research studies in Latin America, and foundational and evaluative user research studies in the tech sector. She holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the University of Arizona.
