Louise Petschler joined the AICD in July 2015 with responsibility for the AICD's Advocacy functions, including public policy and government relations, media, economic insights, NFP sector focus and board diversity. Louise was previously the CEO of the Customer Owned Banking Association, the peak body for Australia's mutual banking sector. She has also held senior roles in consumer advocacy, government and financial services, and board positions in financial services and the community sector. Louise is currently a director of HADIA, a charity providing mobile library and prosthetic limb services in Afghanistan.
