Liudmyla Korotkykh, manager of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, human rights defender, provides legal assistance to victims of the occupation authority in applying to the European Court of Human Rights and other international mechanisms for protection of human rights, promote Crimea issue on national and international levels. She received Master's degree in Finance, banking and insurance and Bachelor's degree in international law in Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. Graduated from the Academy of Public Diplomacy of the Crimean Tatar People and International Academy for Leadership Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. Co-author of several strategies and analytical reports about Crimea and Crimean Tatars. Participates in a number of international human rights forums (UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, UN Forum on Minority Issues, UN Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, CEDAW, OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting and others.
