Lisa Dale-Clough is head of enterprise policy at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). The GMCA is made up of the ten Greater Manchester councils and Mayor, who work with other local services, businesses, communities, and other partners to improve the city-region. Lisa's current role includes developing and implementing local economic policy and strategy. She has previously worked in transport policy, housing, and the National Health Service in the UK, and has a Ph.D. in management studies from the University of Birmingham.
