Lina Lim is the principal director and co-founder of Tempus Adventus Advisory, a boutique strategic advisory and venture consulting company specializing in financial technology. She advises and designs the application of emerging technologies and digital transformation in the financial markets, investment management, and sustainable finance. She previously served as board of director and director of impact investing at the Blockchain Philanthropy Foundation. As an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience, she was recognized by CIO50 Australia in 2017 as a rising star on the COI50 Ones to Watch for her leadership role and achievements. Through her works at Nasdaq, Macquarie Bank, and National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX), she delivered major business and technology transformation projects for government regulatory agencies and corporate investment and financial markets in Australia, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Lina is a passionate advocate and contributor on philanthropy and social impact investment, especially for financial inclusion, children education, and women's economic empowerment. She holds a bachelor of technology in computer engineering from Monash University, Australia and attended INSEAD Business Executive Education. She is currently studying sustainable finance at University of Cambridge - CISL. She is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
