Kimberly Maucher-Lynch is an author, mentor, executive board member and talent acquisition expert who is passionate about the Future World of Work. Since 23+ years, Kimberly has driven recruitment, talent, executive succession, candidate attraction and HR transformation across the Technology (Workday and SAP) and Life Sciences (Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson) sectors. In roles of increasing responsibility, she has made a career of spearheading transformative people-oriented strategies across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kim is a coach and mentor to social start-ups and entrepreneurs. Her work with various talent accelerators, incubators and a variety global initiatives focus on the junction of social change, talent advancement and technology. She sits on the Board of Directors of the DCYOP, "The Nation's Youth Orchestra" in Washington D.C. and UNLEASH, a global talent accelerator addressing the UN SDGs. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University (USA) and an MBA from the Universitat Mannheim (Germany).
