Kim Normand Dobrin is the founder and CEO of the Tolerance Foundation in Johannesburg. She is a visionary leader in education, social-emotional learning, and human rights, with over 30 years of international experience. Kim is known for her commitment to empowering individuals through education and fostering a more compassionate and informed global community. Her work began as a response to personal childhood challenges and trauma, which led her on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Kim's dedication to creating a meaningful and fulfilling life for her children inspired her to positively impact thousands of lives around the world. She served as the founding director of the Apartheid Museum in Johannesburg and led the largest oral history project in South Africa and Zimbabwe for 18 years. Kim is the founder of Tomorrow Trust and serves as a board member of the Human Rights Commission for Education. She is recognized as an Ashoka Fellow and studied at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, USA.
