Professional with proven experience and leadership in community engagement, fundraising, advocacy and communication, policy analysis and project management in the spheres of sustainability, gender equality and inclusion, protection of vulnerable groups and promotion of Sustainable Development Goals; leading a campaign on sustainable municipal infrastructure funding (1 year); 5-year experience in international organizations in the spheres of public participation, advocacy, inclusion, and gender equality; including 4-year experience in fundraising. 2-year experience in Ukrainian public administration in the team of strategic planning and change management of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development. Supporting establishment of strategic planning and RBM systems of the Ministry. Master's degree from Central European University, one of the world's top-ranked universities in the field of "political science and international relations".
