Ke Leng is Programme Coordinator at the Division of Culture Policies and Development, UNESCO, and works to support initiatives and activities that advocate for the cross-cutting contribution of culture to a broad spectrum of public policy areas, with a view to contributing to the achievement of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. He joined UNESCO in 2014 as an expert, where he provided policy research and advice, particularly in the framework of UNESCO's 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. He was previously with the Chinese Ministry of Culture and completed postings in Poland and Pakistan with the Embassy as a cultural attache. Ke holds a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, France, and a Master of Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
