Kavitha Struber is the Dean of Student Affairs at SALIS, a public international school based in Salzburg. In this role, she is responsible for fostering an environment that supports both academic excellence and personal growth among students. She also contributes to the development and management of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with the school’s educational vision and international standards. Before joining SALIS, Kavitha practiced as an architect with a local firm and prior to that served as a Program Associate at Salzburg Global, following her move from Kuala Lumpur to Salzburg. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
