Karthik Pai is the Regional Finance Manager at Gojo & Company, Inc, an investment company that promotes global financial inclusion. In this role, he is responsible for financial reporting and monitoring of companies that Gojo has invested in. With over 10 years of experience across various areas of finance, Karthik is based in Bengaluru, India. Prior to joining Gojo, he worked at Avanti Finance, a fintech startup, where he was responsible for the entire finance function. Passionate about financial inclusion, sustainability, travelling and understanding different cultures, Karthik is committed to making a positive impact in the world. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Christ University India and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
