Kamir Delivrance is an adjunct faculty member of the department of Anglophone studies at University Cheikh Anta Diop, Senegal. He defended a doctoral dissertation titled Americanizing Blacks Through the Constitution: From the Three-Fifths Clause to Felony Disenfranchisement. His research focuses on law, critical race theory, literature, history, and socio-cultural studies. He is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
