Kaede Nagashima is an expert in project management and team development in global technology projects, particularly cross-border Japan-India business. She is currently leading a Global IT Financial Management project at Rakuten India Private Limited Enterprise. Previously, Kaede worked as a Solution Consultant in Industrial Big Data Analytics for several Japanese clients at a global IT giant headquartered in India, bringing AI technologies from India to various industries in Japan. She also worked as a volunteer at the largest startup ecosystem development community in India. Kaede has been living in Bangalore, India since 2020 and has travelled to almost 15 states across India.
