Joseph Klingler is an Associate in Foley Hoag's International Litigation and Arbitration Department, where he represents sovereign States and state-owned entities before international courts and tribunals. He has broad experience in public international law, with particular expertise in maritime and investment disputes, as well as international human rights and humanitarian law. Joseph is a Salzburg Cutler Fellow from the 2013 program.
