John Bee is public affairs communications manager with Nestlé SA, based in Vevey, Switzerland. While at Nestlé, he has helped develop the Company's creating shared value strategy and is responsible for producing Nestlé's creating shared value reports, together with its annual Creating Shared Value Global Forum. In previous positions, Mr. Bee headed the communications team at UK outsourcing specialist Capita Group and joined the Consumer Health Division of the Swiss pharmaceutical multinational Novartis in 2000 as its worldwide internal communications manager. He also served as internet and knowledge management director at global HR Solutions leader Adecco. Mr. Bee is a graduate in German from the University of London. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
