Jessica Eliasi is the VP business development for Mars Edge, leading the development of a nutrition portfolio for Mars Incorporated. Over her 20+ year career, Jessica has been an innovator and corporate pioneer, who has defined, built and run whitespace organizations, new business models and new capabilities. Jessica was previously the VP strategic initiatives at Mars, where she worked closely on transformation programs with the Mars executive team and Board of Directors. Prior to that she held roles in venture leadership and strategy within Mars. Earlier in her career Jessica held a number of marketing roles including for the City of New York and America Online. Jessica holds an M.B.A. in entrepreneurship and marketing from Instituto de Empresa, a leading business school in Madrid, Spain. A native New Yorker and first generation American, Jessica is also fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and Farsi.
